- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
- You did not receive the product after payment (and our team is unable to resolve the issue after you contact us).
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@mypositiveplate.com, including your order details. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund to your original payment method.
